The chef and food editor, Ilias Skoulas, cooked the HRYSAFIS Flomaria, the traditional pasta of Lemnos island, and presented two delicious recipes with mediterranean flair:

● HRYSAFIS Flomaria pasta with marinated anchovies and thyme

● HRYSAFIS Flomaria pasta with organic olive oil and tapenade
